Yes. You may search for CASA’s report at:
http://www.oag.state.ny.us/charities/charities.html and scroll down and click on the “Search Charities Bureau Registry” link. You may enter “Court Appointed Special Advocates Inc” in the organization name box, or “13-3172387″ in the EIN field.

Is my donation to CASA tax deductible?
A:
CASA is an IRS 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Your contribution is tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
